How do I change my order?

If you would like to make any changes, please let us know ASAP after ordering. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.

How can I track my package?

We will send you the shipping information and tracking number via e-mail once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been activated via the postal service. You can track your order on our website (Order Tracking tab on the main header).

Placed an order but never received a confirmation email?

Please check for our email from support@drapberry.com. Sometimes it can end up in your Promotions or Spam folder. If no luck, reach out to us and we will investigate it for you.

How can I place an order?

If your item comes in different variants, please choose the color and quantity before clicking "Add to Cart". From there, you will be directed to the Cart page where you can review your order and proceed further with checkout.

Can I exchange my item?

If you need to exchange your item for a different type/color, send us an email at support@drapberry.com and we can provide more information.

Can I return my item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
